We’ll pick you up from your stay and take you to a local family’s house to discuss your meal options –the choice is yours-, under the guidance of your master chef you could cook different kind of tagines (with chicken, fish or vegetable), Tagine of Onions and Raisins, Kefta with Tomato Sauce and Eggs, Couscous, Pastila , Moroccan soups “harira ” , Traditional Moroccan salads like “za3louk ” , bake bread ” khobz , harcha , mlawi “, Preserving lemons, Moroccan mint tea… After that we’ll go together to local market-souk in order to buy groceries and discover moroccan spices ( Ras El-hanout , Anise, Fenugreek, Sesame Seeds,Cinnamon, Saffron, Ginger,Turmeric….).We’ll be back at the house, to learn more about your ingredients, traditional Moroccan dishes and their preparation.
