HISTORICAL MONUMENTS IN MOROCCO

Day 1: Fez :

Upon your arrival to Fez Airport, we will welcome you then transfer you to your accommodation.

Day 2: Fez Excursion :

After breakfast, you’ll get the opportunity to visit one of the most famous cities in Morocco.
You will visit some of the beautiful ancient buildings such as the Madrasa Bou Inania and El-Attarine, Koranic schools and the University and Mosque of Al-Karaouine. You will also visit the Nejjarine Museum of Wooden Arts and Crafts and discover traditional tools, carpets, furniture and musical instruments in a beautifully restored style.

Day 3: Excursion from Fez to Ouad Laou :

This journey is fully dedicated to show you the magical beautiful town of Ouad Laou, which nested in the northern part of Morocco in the Mediterranean Coast. You will enjoy some very beautiful landscapes along the way.

Day 4: Ouad Laou to Tanger via Tetouan :

After breakfast, we will go on an adventure to discover the bride of the north, as the Moroccan prefer to call the city of Tangier. You’ll also get the opportunity to visit the beautiful city of Tetouan. Once you’ll arrive to Tetouan, you’ll go on a walking sightseeing tour through the old and modern town. You’ll visit the souk, the Jewish quarter and

Day 5: Tanger Visit :

This journey is fully dedicated to show you what the pearl of the north has to offer. You’ll visit Cap Spartel, the impressive Palace of the sultan, the Necropolis, the caves of Hercules and you’ll explore the Kasbah, the medina and the souk. The contrast of the ancient and modern city is something to observe while walking the streets of this uprising city.

Day 6: Tanger to Meknes :

This journey will take us back to the imperial cities, to visit the -Moroccan Versailles-, best known as Meknes. Along the way, you’ll get to chance to observe the beautiful landscapes that the beautiful Morocco has to offer.

Day 7: Meknes Excursion :

Today you will discover the ancient historical monuments of Meknes such as the Dar El Makhazen palace, the Tomb of Moulay Ismail (the sultan who once ruled Meknes as a capital city), the famous Lahdim Square, the Qara Prison, and plenty of souks that will provide you colorful shopping experiences.

Day 8: Meknes to Fez via Volubilis :

After breakfast, you will start the tour expedition by visiting the holly town of Moulay Idriss Zerhoun. After that, and on our way back to Fez, you will visit the Morocco’s most preserved Roman city ‘Volubilis’, that has been considered the oldest Moroccan city according to the excavations discovered there, and is recognized by UNESCO as World Heritage Site. You’ll end the day in the city of Fez.

Day 9: Fez Airport Transfer

You’ll end your journey here by transferring you to the airport.
